Resident Evil Village Launches in May, Now Coming to PS4 & Xbox One

Capcom has finally given us a solid release date and a new trailer for Resident Evil Village as part of today’s Resident Evil Showcase. Now set to launch on May 7, 2021, the trailer gives us a better look at some of the characters that will terrorize protagonist Ethan Winters. Plus, Capcom has revealed that it put in the work to launch the game on last-gen consoles, too, meaning it will now launch for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S. See the new trailer below.

Resident Evil Village was revealed for PC and the now-current-gen consoles in June 2020. Since then, another new trailer was shown off in September of that same year.

While you wait for the latest entry in the publisher’s iconic horror franchise, you can watch the entire showcase below.
