Star Wars: The Bad Batch Gets First Trailer for Disney+

Star Wars: The Bad Batch. Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Dave Filoni, Disney+, spinoff

Star Wars: The Bad Batch is coming to Disney+ next year, and we just got our first look in a new trailer. Disney revealed a fresh look at the Clone Wars project as part of its 2020 investors meeting. In short, the footage teases promising an animated look at the fallout from Order 66. See the video in the tweet below.

This spinoff was revealed in July of this year and follows the mismatched team of clone troopers that first showed up in season 7 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Season 7 ended with the rise of the Empire, so you can think of Star Wars: The Bad Batch on Disney+ as a sort of sequel to the original animated series.
