Lara Croft’s past few adventures are soon to be bundled on a single Blu-ray disc.

Perhaps in an attempt to whet gamer’s appetites for the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot, Crystal Dynamics has confirmed that a Tomb Raider collection is coming to the PlayStation 3. It’ll include three of Lara Croft’s adventures on one Blu-ray disc.

A listing for the Tomb Raider Trilogy first popped up on Amazon Germany. Afterward, Crystal Dynamics’ Global Brand Director Karl Stewart confirmed that the Trilogy was real on Twitter by posting: Yes, it’s official. Tomb Raider PS3 ‘Trilogy’ pack coming in the new year. Full details next week. Watch this space.”

The Tomb Raider Trilogy will include Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Tomb Raider: Legend, and Tomb Raider: Underworld. All have been released on current generation platforms, with Underworld already available on the PS3, but the Trilogy will reportedly add trophy support in addition to other features and bonuses such as unique avatars for PlayStation Home.

The titles included have been given fair to decent reviews. Thankfully, Crystal Dynamics chose not to include stinker Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness.

According to Amazon Germany, the Trilogy is planned for release (in Europe) on March 22, 2011, and will be priced at €29.99 ($39.50). As Stewart tweeted, more details are expected soon.
