Link had Navi. Don Quixote had Sancho. Ratchet had Clank. Every superhero worth his or her weight has a trusty sidekick.

The sidekick helps the hero during his or her adventures – providing helpful hints along the way, solving difficult puzzles, and even taking a bullet or two. All the while, the sidekick is happy to let his or her flawless hero take all of the credit. Sure, the sidekick might have located the bad guy, but it was the hero who shot the villain in the face.
