Ultimate Dandy’s World Toons Tier List And Guide [UPD 0.8.4]

Dandy’s World is chock-full of Toons to play but most of them need to be grinded both with research and Ichor. That’s why I wanted to create a ranking list of the best Toons so that you have a better idea which ones you should be going for if you care about the strongest ones. Here’s my Dandy’s World Toons tier list and guide.

All Dandy’s World Toons Ranked

Playing Dandy’s World by picking your cutest favorite Toon is absolutely a valid way to play. That said, this tier list aims to outline the best extraction/distraction and most useful Toons in the game from must-have to S to D Tier. Must-have Toons offer the best utility in the game to survive all floors easily. S-Tiers are usually Toons that benefit the team incredibly well or are powerful for solo extraction. A-Tiers are similar and massively useful but just slightly less powerful than S. Finally, B-Tiers are situationally great or flexibile Toons and C and D-Tiers are just mechanically weak beginner options. Let’s discuss each Toon separately.

Best Toons in Dandy’s World

Vee	Despite having 2 HP and being slow, Vee is a huge must-have on later floors since she can constantly provide you with info on where the Twisteds are so you can plan risky machines. It helps in blackouts but also in general for every floor. Also, her Camera Hijack allows you to coordinate and start doing machines right away since she’ll mark the nearest ones. It’s like having a wall-hack that’s on every 60 seconds.	• Mic Check (Active, 60s CD): Highlights all Twisteds on the Floor for 5 seconds. • Camera Hijack (Passive): Highlights nearby uncompleted machines. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 4 • Movement Speed: 2 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 5	• 4500 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Vee • Complete all Mastery Quests on Brightney
Sprout	Sprout is a portable medkit dispenser for his entire team and one of the best supports in the game that can heal you up so he’s a must-have for all teams. More Sprouts increases the cost of heals but it’s worth it especially when his passive allows you to see where everyone who needs healing is. Sprout will be the best friend of Toons like Pebble who like to bait monsters while others finish tasks.	• Baked Sweets (Active, 100s CD): Heal a nearby Toon 1 HP for 100 Tapes. Each extra Sprout in a team increases the cost by 50 and cooldown by 30s. • Overprotective (Passive): You can see where all Toons are and their HP. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 5 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 4500 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Sprout • Complete all Mastery Quests on Cosmo
Pebble	Every team must-have someone to bait monsters away from Toons doing machines or away from Toons running for the exit. No one does a better job at this overall than Pebble. You have an at-will taunt for Twisteds and you guide your team to item pick-ups. You just need a Sprout, Cosmo or Ginger to keep you alive or other supports. Vee, Sprout, and Pebble are the most useful Toons in the game and absolute must-haves.	• Speak! (Active, 60s CD): Bark to decrease your Stealth to -40 alerting any Twisteds nearby to your location. Great for aggroing Twisteds that are going for your team. • Fetch! Shelly	Shelly is the best Toon in the game for doing machines since she can give a massive Extraction Speed buff to anyone. Combine this with Vee’s Remote trinket so that you can instantly do a machine yourself and you’ll be speed running floors.	• Inspiration (Active, 60s CD): Boost Extraction Speed of a selected Toon by 75% for 15 seconds. • Problem Solver (Passive): Gain 25% Movement Speed for 10 seconds when any Machine is completed. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 5 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 2 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 4250 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Shelly • Complete all Mastery Quests on Tisha
Astro	Astro is similar to Sprout but for Stamina and his Stamina-restoration doesn’t have a cost so you can spam it. He’s an incredibly useful support to keep your team sprinting between machines and to the elevator. Plus you can see who’s low on Stamina since they’ll be highlighted.	• Nap Time (Active, 75s CD): Create an AOE pulse that fully restores the Stamina of nearby Toons. • Well Rested (Passive): Regenerate Stamina 50% faster, and can see Toons below 50% Stamina around the map. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 5 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 5000 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Astro • Encounter Twisted Dandy Once
Tisha	Serves a similar purpose as Astro but is much more beginner friendly and only requires 500 Ichor.	• Tidy Up! (Active, 50s CD): Create an AOE pulse that increases the Movement Speed of nearby Toons by 25% for 5 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 4 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 2 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 500 Ichor
Bobette (New Year Event Limited)	Bobette is incredible to act as a distraction for Twisteds similar to Pebble so she’s S-Tier in a team. Your team can do risky machines as you can pull Twisteds away from them by aggroing them, running far away while they chase you, and then activating your Precious Packaging ability. You even boost Stamina regen for nearby team mates. Bobette is a team player.	• Precious Packaging (Active, 90s CD): Cover yourself in a gift box for 8 seconds becoming immune to damage but you cannot move. • Festive Aura (Passive): Give 50% faster stamina regeneration to nearby Toons. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 4 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 5 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 3000 Ornaments • 2500 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Bobette
Cocoa (Easter Event Limited)	Similar to Shelly since Cocoa can drop item pick-ups that boost Extraction speed by 50% and movement speed by 25% and even though that’s a bit less than Shelly it’s on a shorter cooldown. Plus, you can drop the candy for yourself.	• Bonbon (Active, 40s CD): Create and place a Bonbon candy item on the ground that any one can pick up and use. Bonbons boosts extraction speed by 50% and movement speed by 25% for 5 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 2 • Stealth: 4 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 1500 Baskets • 100% Research on any 5 Twisteds

A-Tier Toons

Yatta	Yatta is awesome for two reasons. The first is that she has a really fast Ichor extraction speed and the second is that each time you finish a machine you drop 2 random candy items for you and your team. Plus, you have 3HP and each time you lose one, you drop 4 more candy. She is a sleeper OP support if your team has available inventory spaces or you have a Bassie to share everything. Just spam that candy.	• Pinata Party (Passive): You drop 2 random candy items after completing a machine, and 4 random candy items when injured. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 1 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 5	• 2000 Ichor • Own 15 or more Toons • 50% Research on Twisted Yatta
Bassie (Easter Event Limited)	While not great at extracting, you are a masive support for your team since you can go around the map quicklu and pick up or buy a bunch of items and then give them to whoever needs it. You can carry medkits and Bassie also works really well with Yatta or Cocoa to share those powerful candy pick-ups.	• Easter Basket (Passive): Gain an additional inventory slot for carrying 1 extra item. • Springful Sharing (Active): You can drop items from your inventory, sharing them with other Toons. • Health: 2 • Skill Check: 1 • Movement Speed: 5 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 4 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 3000 Baskets • 2500 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Bassie
Teagan	While your stats are mid and your ability is selfish, being able to heal yourself is actually the best solo carry ability. You can also act as a distraction and lure Twisteds away since even if you get hit you can heal. Plus, if you have a Sprout, Cosmo, or Ginger on your team they don’t have to worry about you and can heal the rest of your team.	• Tea Time (Active, 100s CD): You can spend 100 Tapes to heal yourself by 1 Heart. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 1250 Ichor • Buy 25 Items from Dandy’s Elevator Shop
Goob	Bit of a bias but I love Goob more than Scraps. He can save your game by protecting Pebble and other Toons who like to aggro/distract Twisteds by pulling those Toons away from the Twisteds. You just need line-of-sight but you’re faster than average so it shouldn’t be a problem. It’s a more niche team utility role but still quite powerful and useful so A-Tier is perfect for Goob.	• Hug! (Active, 30s CD): You can pull other Toons towards you if you have direct line of sight. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 1750 Ichor • Complete 3 Mastery Quests on Scraps
Looey	One of the safest and most versatile Toons to play in the game. Even though you don’t bring much team utility you can do the work with Looey with his incredible speed and great extraction. You just need to get comfortable playing at 1 or 2 hearts for full potential.	• Heart of Helium (Passive): When you’re at two hearts, you have 20% increased walk and run speed. At one heart, this increases to a 40% boost. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 4 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 1000 Ichor • Complete all Mastery Quests on Poppy
Cosmo/Ginger (Ginger is New Year Event Limited)	Cosmo and Ginger have similar stats and the same ability so they have a similar purpose – keeping the Toon that aggros/distracts Twisteds alive. Or anyone else for that matter but it’s best used for distraction Toons. Cosmo has a lower cooldown but Ginger is slightly better at extraction. Both are very useful supports and are A+ Tier and in some cases S.	• Sharing is Caring (Active, 60s CD)/Baked with Care! (Active, 100s CD): You can give one of your hearts to heal another targeted Toon. Cannot be used at 1 heart. Glisten	Glisten is one of the best Toons to carry the game with extraction-wise since he can extract Ichor from machines incredibly fast and you can teleport from Toon to Toon to target dangerous machines while Toons like Pebble keep Twisteds away from you. With the right positional setup and some extraction-boosting Trinkets like the Wrench or Vee’s Remote you can speed run floors.	• Reflection (Active, 100s CD): Teleport to a targeted Toon regardless of line of sight and inflict Confused III on yourself for a short while. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 2 • Extraction Speed: 5	• 2500 Ichor • 50% Research on Twisted Glisten • Finish 300 Machines

B-Tier Toons

Brightney	Bit of a niche team utility Toon but Brightney comes in really clutch in those Blackouts that can wipe a team. You can activate her ability as you approach the first machine in a blackout to get your bearings with the Twisteds and then spam it as you progress. You’re good at extracting so make use of it.	• Night Light (Active, 45s CD): Highlights Twisteds during Blackouts for 8 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 1 • Extraction Speed: 4	• 1250 Ichor • Experience 5 Blackouts
Razzle & Dazzle	Not much team utility here but you are still a strong Toon where on odd floors you are great at distracting Twisteds with your massive movement speed. On the other hand, on even floors you’re one of the best Toons for extracting Ichor. So with no team benefit but strong solo skills, B-Tier is perfect.	• Comedy/Tragedy (Passive): On odd number Floors, you get a boost to Movement Speed and on even number Floors a boost to Extraction Speed. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 2-4 (Even-Odd) • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 2-4 (Odd-Even)	• 2000 Ichor
Rodger	Rodger should probably be C-Tier but I just love him as one of your first Toons so that you can unlock the rest more quickly. This is a helpful grind Toon and you’ll be busting him out each event to get limited Toons faster. So while you’re not that useful to your team outside of decent Ichor Machine extraction, you’re extremely useful to yourself. 10/10 Selfish Toon, B-Tier.	• Detective (Passive): Gain double Research from Capsules and encountering Twisteds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 2 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 4	• 1000 Ichor • 50% Research on any Twisted
Finn	If you have Magnifying Glass and Participation Award on Finn (And on any extraction-based Toon), you’ll be a powerhouse for machines since you can complete them fast, get Finn’s speed boost and go to another machine. You need some defense from Toons like Pebble or Goob, but you’re one of the top 5 Toons for machines.	• Reel In (Passive): Gain a 33% Movement Speed boost when any Machine is completed for 10 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 4 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 2 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 500 Ichor • Finish 15 Machines
Boxten	Despite being your first Toon potentially and a beginner option, Boxten is actually a top 10 Toon for extraction if you manage to get a large team of 6 to 8 players. His extraction speed boost stacks is perfect for a 9-member group and his base stats for extraction are decent toon. You just need someone to distract for you.	• Wind-Up (Passive): Gain 6% more Extraction Speed for every alive Toon in the round. Maxes at 48%. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• Possible starting Toon • 250 Ichor if you didn’t pick him
Gigi	I love Gigi but she’s incredibly RNG so you can’t always rely on her ability. If you high-roll she’s A Tier, if you low-roll you’re kind of like Toodles. What you can rely on though is Gigi’s extraction with one of the highest Skill Check stats in the game and a decent extraction speed. This low to high roll dynamic is perfect for B-Tier.	• Surprise! (Active, 80s CD): Gain a random item from any Tier of Dandy’s Shop. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 5 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 1 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 2000 Ichor • 50% Research on Twisted Gigi • Pick up 45 Rare or higher tier Items
Flutter	Don’t do machines on Flutter, instead focus on pulling aggro on Twisteds and kiting them around with your great speed, stamina, and ability. Your team can pull of risky machines since you’re very fast and can distract Twisteds incredibly well. If you master this, she turns into A-Tier.	• Floaty Dash (Active, 45s CD): Dash forward, drastically increasing your Movement Speed for 0.75 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 1300 Ichor • 100% Research on Twisted Flutter
Rudie (New Year Event Limited)	Same ranking and strategy as Flutter due to the same ability but with slightly better extraction and lower cooldown so you’re a bit more flexibile.	• Antler Charge (Active, 23s CD): Dash forward, drastically increasing your movement speed for 0.4 seconds. Has a Cooldown of 23. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 300 Ornaments
Flyte (Easter Event Limited)	While not as powerful as A-Tier or S-Tier utility, Flyte offers a great speedboost to his team that he can place them anywhere. I would recommend placing this down around risky machines so that both your extraction Toons can reach it faster and your distraction Toons can kite Twisteds better.	• Gust (Active, 50s CD): This Toon places a “Gust” at his location for 10 seconds. Any Toon that walks into the Gust recieves a +15% Movement Speed boost for 5 seconds. Has a cooldown of 50. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 2 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 4	• 700 Baskets • 50% Research on Twisted Flyte
Coal (New Year Event Limited)	Pebble but worse. Still, Coal has Pebble’s item highlight ability which is still useful for the entire team and you can kite Twisteds pretty well to protect your extraction Toons. Might be a C-Tier honestly but I value team utility over individual Toon power.	• Scout (Active, 100s CD): Highlight item pick-ups across the map for all Toons for 10 seconds. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 4 • Stamina: 4 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 1500 Ornaments • Own 15 or more Trinkets

C-Tier Toons

Connie	Connie is in a weird spot where her ability is incredibly useful for finishing off risky machines if Twisteds are nearby. This can be done by better extraction Toons with distraction Toon back-up so her usefulness relies solely on situations where you are alone. Could be B-Tier but I’ve reserved those for more powerful solo Toons or great team utility.	• Haunting Escape (Active, 50s CD): Become invisible for 5 seconds where Twisteds will not be able to notice you during this time. Note that Lethal Twisteds can still see you. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 1 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 5 • Extraction Speed: 4	• 2000 Ichor • 50% Research on Twisted Connie
Toodles	The epitome of beginner Toons. Toodles can frequently give him random boosts to stats to become flexibile in the role of extraction and Twisted distraction. That said, he’s not particulary great in neither so C-Tier for him.	• Beginner’s Luck (Active, 25s CD): This Toon can roll for a 15% boost to a random Stat that lasts for 10 seconds. Has a cooldown of 25. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 4 • Extraction Speed: 2	• 350 Ichor • Survive 15 Floors
Scraps	A worse version of Goob with no protection utility. You can move around well enough to Toons and Machines but neither your extraction nor Twisted distraction are anything special so she’s stuck in C-Tier. That said in rare cases you can kite Twisteds by pulling yourself to someone or something else.	• Crafty Grapple (Active, 25s CD): Pull yourself towards another Toon or Machine’s targeted position. Needs direct line of sight. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 2 • Movement Speed: 2 • Stamina: 5 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 1500 Ichor • 50% Research on Twisted Goob
Eggson (Easter Event Limited)	The epitome of MID. Nothing special here but you can go around and start each machine only to have your better and faster extraction Toons finish them.	• Fixer Upper (Passive): On first extraction per machine, get 10% completion immediately. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• 300 Baskets

D-Tier Toons

Poppy	Poppy’s ability relies on your getting hit to do anything useful which you want to a void and her stats are all mid so she doesn’t excel at anything. At least other mid Toons like Eggson or Toodles can have some utility for extraction or distraction but Poppy doesn’t. Boxten is a much better starting toon. She’s better than Shrimpo for sure, but I wouldn’t play her unless you’re going for the cuteness factor.	• Panic Pop (Passive): This Toon receives a 50% Speed boost for 3 seconds when attacked. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 3 • Movement Speed: 3 • Stamina: 3 • Stealth: 3 • Extraction Speed: 3	• Possible starting Toon • 250 Ichor if you didn’t pick her
Shrimpo	Here he is, the most broken sleeper OP Toon in the game. This is a must-have Toon for all floors and if you’re not running a 10-Shrimpo squad every match you’re not playing the game right.	• Bully (Passive): Stealth is drastically lower than any other Toon so you’ll aggro monsters more easily. Only play this Toon if you are looking for a challenge. • Health: 3 • Skill Check: 1 • Movement Speed: 1 • Stamina: 1 • Stealth: 1 • Extraction Speed: 1	• 999999 Ichor • Bravery • Be a Gigachad
