Bryan Trussel Promoted to Xbox Live Arcade Manager

Bryan Trussel replaces former Xbox Live Arcade manager Greg Canessa.

Shortly after news got out that Greg Canessa left Microsoft to join PopCap, a Microsoft representative told Gamasutra that Bryan Trussel is being promoted to Director of Platform Game Services. One of his duties in this new position will be overseeing the Xbox Live Arcade group until a replacement for Canessa’s position is chosen. Trussel will be managing multiple casual game studios within Microsoft, including MSN Games and Windows Live Messenger Games.

Bryan Trussel previously served as a manager for the Microsoft Casual Games division and managed the development team for the original Xbox Live Arcade.
