Horror Title The Path to be Showcased Next Week

Developer Tale of Tales horror title, The Path, will be featured in the form of demo footage at the Independent Games Festival at next week’s Game Developers Conference.

The San Francisco event will see footage of playable sections of the game demo released, but apparently observers won’t actually be able to try the game out themselves.

Developers Auriea Harvey and Michael Samyn on hand will be on hand to answer questions.

The small Belgian development team has billed the game as a vehicle for storytelling, saying in a press release, “We are using the medium of games to tell stories. To tell old stories in new ways. To immerse people in a certain mood. To make them experience poetry in an almost tactile way.”
