Dispatch Missing Teens mission explained
To begin solving Missing Teens in Dispatch, you’ll need to play through episode 5 and get past the first shift. This mission pops up in the second shift, right after the blackout takes out the power across the city.
Your first step is to restore power to the correct side of Torrance, which is West Torrance. Complete the hacking mini-game, using the new electrical charges to open up pathways and reach the end of the map.
Once power is back, there’ll be a beat before the Missing Teens mission pops up, towards the western edge of the map.
The caller will tell you that their daughter was out with friends on the beach, and that they’ve not heard back from you. It’s a high priority rescue mission, including other heroes from different teams.
The first hero you pick in this mission should be Malevola. The other slots are up to you, but I’d recommend going for Punch-Up and Invisigal to cover all your bases.
Once you’ve sent the heroes out to do their thing, you’ll end up getting a disruption prompt, asking you where to search. Choose the beach option.
Another text prompt will follow, asking you how to deal with the teenagers – who turn out to be high on drugs. The first option requires a high-Charisma hero to be cool, the second requires high-Intellect for a lecture, but the third – and best – option is to get Malevola to shove them through a portal.
Choosing Malevola’s portal option will help you wrap up the Missing Teens mission in Dispatch episode 5. If you’ve not got Malevola available for any reason, pick a hero with high Charisma or Intellect for the other two options in the list to secure the odds of passing the mission with ease. It’s one of the trickier missions, but it’s worth it for the experience points.
