We are currently looking for an Editorial Assistant to help us maintain our level of editorial standards as we grow. As Editorial Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

” Feature article proofing
” Magazine post-production tasks
” Newsletter writing and proofing
” News posting and editing
” Forum Posting and Moderating
” Editorial writing
” Daily editorial layout
” Contributing to editorial brainstorming sessions
” Occasional herding of cats

Editorial Assistant can be an entry-level position for the right person. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced, fun and exciting company. A solid candidate will have:

” Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills (Please send samples)
” Knowledge and excitement for the games industry
” Basic HTML skills
” Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and wear many hats
” Proficiency with AP style and Nerf guns a plus!
