Lost Judgment DLC Will Add Boxing & 10-Hour Playable Kaito Story

Developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio (RGG Studio) and publisher Sega have announced that Lost Judgment will be receiving DLC post-launch. The first set of Lost Judgment DLC has a mix of cosmetics and combat mechanics like boxing, while the second has a brand new story, The Kaito Files, where you can play as Masaharu Kaito.

On October 26, the School Stories Expansion Pack will release. It comes with a new motorcycle and race for the school’s Bike Gang club as well as a new dance club outfit with special moves for the Dance Team. A new robot with the Robotics Club is included too. Additionally, it looks like Yagami will be able to spar with his buddies Kaito, Sugiura, and Higashi in the boxing ring. In the first Judgment game, there were two combat styles: Crane, which focused on fighting groups, and Tiger, which was suited for one-on-one encounters. This DLC pack will introduce the new Boxer combat style for players to try out.

Then the Lost Judgement The Kaito Files DLC will launch in spring 2022, which will feature a brand new story with Yagami’s best friend Kaito being playable. No plot details were revealed about what’ll happen in this DLC, but it will have approximately 10 additional hours of new story content.

Lost Judgment releases on September 24 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S. Those who purchase the digital deluxe or digital ultimate editions will receive early access to the game on September 21, and it will also grant players access to the Detective Essentials Pack, which includes things like more fully playable Sega Master System games.

There is speculation that the Judgment series might end following this entry due to a dispute over no PC ports.
