Persona 5 US Release Date Is in 2017, Special Edition Detailed

Persona 5 wants to be America’s valentine.

Need a date for Valentine’s Day? We can’t help you with that sadly, but Valentine’s Day is the date – for the release of Persona 5 in the US, that is.Persona 5 will be debuting in the Americas on February 14, 2017, almost five months after the game appears in Japan, Atlus announced in a press release today.

The release date was accompanied by details about the game’s special editions. The “Take Your Heart” Premium Edition will be exclusive to PS4 players, and will include a 64-page hardcover art book, a four-inch plush figurine of Morgana, a steelbook case, a replica school bag with the Shujin Academy crest, a soundtrack CD, SteelBook case, and a collectible box to hold it all in for $89.99. Should you only want the SteelBook case that option is also available (again, for PS4 players) for $59.99.
