Rare to take players on a pirate adventure.
Update: A tweet from the official Rare account has confirmed that Sea of Thieves is also coming to Windows 10. So, technically, it’s exclusive to Xbox One in terms of consoles, but PC fans should be happy to know it’s on the way to them as well.
Original Story: Rare has announced a new exclusive title for the Xbox One. Titled Sea of Thieves, the game will an online multiplayer pirate themed adventure which Rare’s studio head Craig Duncan described as a “shared world adventure game,” and, “the most ambitious game Rare has ever created.”
A first trailer has been released. From the footage, we can see that players will be able to explore islands and engage in naval battles.
No release date has been announced.
