Hytale
Hytale is an independent game from Hypixel, the studio behind one of the biggest Minecraft communities and servers. The devs decided to make their own version of the block-based game, offering players both a game and a UGC (User Generated Content) engine alike. After beginning development, the team began to build their vision of the game, with Riot acquiring the rights for many years. In 2025, Riot Games and Hypixel parted ways on the title, and Hytale’s future was uncertain. Hypixel reacquired the game, and now there’s an Early Access launch. Hytale has major plans to add more features, while also building on its world generation, UGC content, mod support, and more.
