Take-Two Appoints New Board Director

Robert Bowman of Major Leage Baseball’s media division joins Take-Two Interactive’s board of directors.

Robert A. Bowman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Major League Baseball Advanced Media, has been added to Take-Two Interactive’s (TTWO) board of directors. Bowman is also serves as a member of the Blockbuster, World Wrestling Entertainment and The Warnaco Group boards, and additionally as President of the Michigan Education Trust.

Take-Two Chairman Strauss Zelnick sees Bowman’s experience as an important part of Take-Two’s corporate revitalization. “We are very pleased to have Bob join the Take-Two Board of Directors. Bob’s tenure with Major League Baseball, as well as his experience as an entrepreneur, a senior corporate and financial executive, and his public sector service will provide Take-Two with tremendous perspective. We look forward to drawing on his insight and experience.”

Bowman stated, “I recognize the great talent at Take-Two and the amazing opportunities in the video game industry. I am especially excited about joining the board of directors as the new management revitalizes the company.”

Additionally, director J. Moses was chosen to serve on the company’s audit committee.
