The publisher announced today it had completed the acquisition of Texas-based Paradigm Entertainment in an all cash transaction.
Paradigm is currently working on Stuntman for next-generation systems and is slated to unveil the game later this year.
Although terms of the sale were not disclosed, publisher Atari listed the sale of Paradigm, along with other assets (the TimeShift IP to Vivendi, and Games.com to AOL), at a combined $25m.
