March Mayhem 2012 Begins! Vote for Your Favorite Developers!

There can be only one!

Greetings game fans! It’s time once again for The Escapist’s March Mayhem, our annual event to determine your favorite developers in the gaming industry!

This year, 64 contenders composed of 2011’s most loved developers will battle for supremacy in a month-long elimination tournament, with the winner being honored as your favorite game developer. Your votes will determine which developers will win their match and move on to the next round.

Not sure what March Mayhem is or how it works? Check out our handy tutorial video below!

The first round of voting starts on March 8th, but starting today, you can fill out your own bracket with your predictions of who will win or lose each round. Each time your prediction matches the community’s votes, you’ll earn points and move up the leaderboard towards fame and glory.

One grand prize winner will walk away with a top of the line Origin gaming computer, and a lucky runner-up will receive a 32 gig iPad 2! Winners will be announced on April 2nd.

Here’s where you can check out the full details on March Mayhem 2012, start filling out your bracket, and get info on all the developers participating in this year’s elimination tournament.

Good luck!
