2XKO is a fighting game based on League of Legends, with Champions ripped straight from the game. Naturally, this means that an Arcane crossover is on the cards, with skins based on the characters from the show. However, any Arcane fans who want these skins will have to shell out a lot of cash for them.

Ask The Escapist

How much does 2XKO cost?

2XKO is a completely free-to-play game. The game is monetized by charging for cosmetics and allowing players to buy unlocks more quickly. Anyone who wants to experience 2XKO can do so without paying a penny, so long as they don’t mind a lot of grinding to complete all the content.

What platforms is 2XKO available on?

2XKO is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. There’s currently no word of a Nintendo Switch 2 port, though that seems possible in the future, especially if Riot Games wants to encourage more people playing 2XKO at video game tournaments.

Will there be more Arcane crossovers in 2XKO in the future?

None have been announced, but if the game lasts long enough, more skins could be released in the future. If people have been dropping nearly $100 on the first wave, that will incentivize more high-priced skins in the future.

Will there be an Arcane Season 3?

Nope. Riot Games has confirmed there will only be two seasons of Arcane

Are the Arcane skins in 2XKO worth it?

That depends on how much you love the show. Quite frankly, no skins are worth buying if they don’t enhance the gameplay, especially not for nearly $100. Still, lots of people love owning them. That’s pretty much why Overwatch made so much money in its early days, so there’s likely going to be a lot of people paying extra to make their characters look cool or more attractive.
