Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will feature turn-based combat and an isometric viewpoint. Gamers will play as a Rogue Trader, a person of notoriety who has their own merchant empire. Being a Rogue Trader means you have many powers and privileges, which you can use in a variety of ways. Do you punish or reward your subjects? Will you pledge allegiance to the Emperor or ally yourself with the enemies of Mankind? Your decisions will impact the in-game universe dramatically. In addition, many party members will join you on your journey, with a Space Marine, Aeldari Ranger, and Sister of Battle as just a few examples of your companions.

Oleg Shpilchevsky, head of Owlcat Games, had this to share about the upcoming title: “We endeavor to bring to the game everything that fans of the cRPG genre love and expect: fateful decisions, non-linear stories, strong and diverse companion cast together with addictive and complex gaming systems to master.”

Interested players can support the game and contribute to its development. Various Founder’s Packs, which contain a digital copy of Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader along with various goodies like beta access and your name in the credits, can be purchased via the official website.
