Electronic Arts has announced an upcoming demo for Army of Two, playable exclusively on Xbox Live.
On April 1, a free multiplayer demo will be released via Xbox Live Marketplace, giving players a chance to sample the life of a mercenary in the employ of the U.S. government. In the demo, gamers will pair up for an intensive co-op training session before being shipped off to Somalia to assassinate a local warlord.
“Army of Two gameplay focuses on two-man missions, two-man strategies, two-man tactics and a two-man advantage to bring a new and groundbreaking gaming experience to players worldwide, online and offline,” EA said in its announcement of the demo. “It captivates gamers with a politically charged storyline, centering on the impact and ethical issues of Private Military Corporations.”
Released in North America on March 4, Army of Two is rated M (Mature) by the ESRB. For more information, check out www.armyoftwo.com.
