Everyone likes free stuff, and in preparation for The Division’s release later this year, Ubisoft is handing out free DLC to anyone with the right code and a Uplay account. See how easy it is to get four new sets of gear with the step-by-step instructions below.

The DLC, based on the live-action online series Agent Origins, comes in four flavors; Police, Firefighter, Paramedic, and Hunter. Each of the four sets includes an outfit that changes your agent’s look and skills, along with a primary weapon to help decimate your enemies. You can claim the DLC early, but you won’t be able to use it until The Division is publicly available.

A public beta for The Division is expected to arrive on Jan. 28 exclusively for Xbox One and Jan. 29 for all other platforms. Still don’t know what The Division is all about? Get some insight with The Escapist’s E3 video preview.

How to Claim Free DLC

Follow these steps to claim your free DLC.

  • 1. Go to this website.
  • 2. Choose your platform; PC, Xbox One, or PS4. Click Next.
  • 3. Log in to your Uplay Account. If you don’t already have one, create a new Uplay Account to claim this DLC.
  • 4. Once you’re logged in, enter this code: AGENTORIGINS

There you go. Free stuff before the game is even released. Free stuff before the public beta even! It’s already been confirmed that some free DLC will drop after launch, but that (probably) won’t require a code. Have fun!
