Jason Hall Leaves Warner Bros.

Monolith co-founder Jason Hall leaves Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Jason Hall, co-founder of developer Monolith and recently the senior Vice President of Development and Production at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), has left his post to start his own game and film production company named HDFilms Inc. Samantha Ryan, a fellow Monolith developer, will be taking his place in managing the WBIE studios.

Both Hall and Ryan were veterans of Monolith (F.E.A.R) before it was acquired by Warner Brothers in 2004. HDFilms will be given special film deals with Warner’s movie properties, and Hall himself will continue to serve as an executive producer on multiple WBIE games.
