Olivia Munn is definitely in the upcoming Iron Man sequel, but exactly who she’ll be playing suddenly got a lot more interesting.
While we’re talking about Marvel themed cameos, there’s a chance that G4 presenter Olivia Munn’s cameo in Iron Man 2 might be more than just a cameo.
At the moment, it’s believed that Munn will be playing Russian superspy Iron Maiden, a long time enemy of the Black Widow – who will be played by Scarlett Johansson – but according to Hollywood spies, she will actually be playing Wanda Maximoff, better known as the Scarlet Witch, Magneto’s daughter and long-standing member of the Avengers.
With an Avengers movie in the pipeline, there’s definite potential for someone to play the Scarlet Witch, but it seems like a supreme act of fan service to cast someone like Munn in the role. Munn does have some acting experience however, so maybe it’s not quite as ridiculous as it sounds.
