Shadow Man Remastered physical Limited Run Games preorder PS4 Nintendo Switch 64 cartridge retro PlayStation 4

Shadow Man Remastered Gets Physical Limited Run with Retro Cartridge

It’s been a month since Shadow Man Remastered came to PC and consoles. Originally released in 1999, the updated version of the game boasts new features like a 4K widescreen display, new levels, weapons, enemies, and refined art assets. The title was only released digitally, though, much to the chagrin of physical media purists. Luckily, Limited Run Games has announced the preorder period for physical editions of Shadow Man Remastered has begun on both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 (PS4). They come in both basic and Classic Edition variants.

Here is the Limited Run social media announcement for Shadow Man Remastered physical release preorders:

For $34.99, fans can grab the basic package, which has a region-free physical disc or cartridge. If they decide to plunk down $64.99, though, they can obtain the Collector’s Edition, which contains the following:

  • Physical Copy of Shadow Man Remastered
  • Shadow Man Classic Edition Box
  • Non-function Retro Shadow Man Cartridge- Display Only!
  • 18″x24″ Double-Sided Shadow Man Poster
  • Shadow Man Remastered Official Soundtrack

Gamers can opt for any edition for either the PS4 or Switch. It’s a shame the Nintendo 64 cartridge doesn’t work, as I was going to shove it into my console to test it out.

Players can preorder the Shadow Man Remastered physical editions at the Limited Run Games website. You have until March 27 to get an order placed.

In other Shadow Man Remastered news, the title has been verified by Valve to be fully compatible with the Steam Deck. It is also part of the latest Humble Bundle for games that currently hold a 95%+ user review metric.
