Raised by Wolves Season 2 Trailer Threatens Human Extinction

Things are looking bleak for Father and Mother. The trailer for Raised by Wolves season 2 or, as they’re calling it, Raised by Wolves 2 landed today, and it shows just as much, if not more, turmoil and strife for the two androids and their surrogate children. Produced by Ridley Scott and created by Aaron Guzikowski, the HBO Max series was warmly received in its first season and looks to be ratcheting everything up for the second.

At the end of the first season, Mother (Amanda Collin) and Father (Abubakar Salim) brought their six children to another part of the world as they escaped the dangers of their previous settlement. However, while this side of the planet seems nicer, clearly even more mystery and danger await. The family joins an atheistic colony on the planet, but the series melds faith and sci-fi together. So obviously, religion will continue to play a major role, as the Raised by Wolves season 2 trailer shows. It appears the children will have some decisions to make as well as they are tempted away from Mother and Father by zealots. At the same time, Mother’s “natural” child is threatening to destroy all of humanity, and things seem to be getting far darker than before.
