RedOctane And Ant Commandos Settle

After months of legal battling, RedOctane, Activision and The Ant Commandos have settled out of court.

While details were not disclosed, the dispute between the companies about creating Guitar Hero peripherals has been settled. Activision has not released any details, but The Ant Commandos have confirmed with Gamespot that they will continue selling their Guitar Hero controllers.

The Ant Commandos had requested a judge prevent RedOctane from selling the controller with the game so that consumers “may purchase the game and have their choice on which controller to buy.” We expect that RedOctane will continue to sell a controller/game bundle as well.
