Razer has announced the Razer Turret – a wireless lapboard and mouse designed to use on your couch.
If you’re one of the PC gamers who has moved their gaming to the living room couch, the newest Razer peripheral may be worth checking out. The Razer Turret is a wireless lapboard and mouse combo. It fits across your lap, resting on each leg, and offers up a stable surface for the included wireless mouse.
The keyboard features chiclet-style keys with anti-ghosting capability that allows 10 simultaneous key presses. It runs off a 1500 mAh lithium-polymer battery that Razer claims has a battery life of up to four months.
The mouse uses a 3500 DPI sensor and is powered by a 1000 mAh lithium-polymer battery that offers up to 40 hours of battery life for continuous use.
The peripheral features dual wireless connectivity, which means you can use it with the included 2.4 GHz wireless adapter, or through Bluetooth LE with a console or laptop.
