Players who receive invites will be able to play over 100 Xbox Game Pass titles through various web browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari. The initiative supports 22 countries and the limited beta will be utilized to learn, evaluate feedback, improve the overall experience, and add support for more device. The goal is to take the feedback and implement it so that all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play through the cloud based service in the coming months.

In the early stages of the limited beta, the team over at Xbox will focus on calibrating the service’s features and making sure that the gaming experience is consistent across all of its supported platforms. Players who get invited need a compatible Bluetooth or USB-connected controller to play games through the service, or use the custom touch controls present in more than 50 games.

Project xCloud was only available through Android devices at launch back in September, but is now finally making its way to other platforms.
