That has to be the
Most poetic death I have
Ever seen, well done.
YES! Someone is dead!
On to the lynching!
@Neo: Nothing personal, mind you
@Neo: That...that was beautiful.
@Neo: Nice one.
Makes me wonder though...when are we going to see someone write a sonnet death? >.>
@Link: English or Italian?
@RaN: Dealer's choice I suppose. I personally find Italian more interesting to read but I'm sure there are those who would disagree.
@Link: Ask, and ye shall receive.
Not by me, that is. I just have a hunch that someone is bound to write one up sooner or later since you asked. :P
@WarP: I predict someone will within this round!
Neo was indeed the next victim! It is now time to vote!
Everyone vote for RaNDM so he can write a sonnet death! Wait, he's already dead...
@Jak: Let's get someone who is already dead but hasn't posted a death yet to write the sonnet. Then we can get our fine poetry fix much sooner. ^_^
But the question it...who should write it? Looks like we have three options from the front page (Red Sky, RBM, Loremaster).
I just had one of the scariest events ever. I just got my grades and there was an error on one of my grades and it told me I failed when I actually had a B in the class. My heart dropped when I saw it but it was corrected. That's a good way to wake you up.
@staika: Yikes, that would be absolutely terrifying and terrible. The closest I've ever had was when my professor wrote on my test that I got a 49/100 instead of a 49/50. I had a brief heart attack. >.<
@staika: Shit that would have been terrifying >.>. Congratulations on your B by the way ^^.
@Link: it was very terrifying especially since I was told that I'd have a B before the term ended. It turns out my teacher didn't alphabetize the grade book so I got some one else's grade.
@Nouw: yes it was and I think it shaved a year of my life. But thank you, that class was pretty easy though but I missed an A by 2%!
@staika: I know how that feels. Ah well, you still did pretty good and you still learnt something right?
@Nouw: well the only thing I learned was how to do octal and hex conversions. The rest was incredibly simple math.
@Math: GO AWAY!!! BACK! BACK BEAST!!! DON'T MAKE ME GET MY BANHAMMER!!!!! I'LL KILL YA!!!
@Malyc: Watch the video. Trust me, you will never look at math in the same way again. :P
@Link: I don't think you quite understand the nature of the relationship between me and math... It's tried to kill me on multiple occasions.
@Malyc: Funny, I've had a very similar relationship with math in the past. However, now I use math every day. The curse of studying engineering, I suppose.
Also, watch the video. You will hate math less. I promise. XD
@Link: That... was... very scary.
*grabs his shotgun and hides in the corner*
Seriously tho, the only math I plan on having anything to do with in the near future involves stroke, bore, displacement, and tolerances in automotive parts. There is no substitute for cubic inches.
@Malyc: I think cubic centimeters would be a perfectly suitable replacement actually. >.>
*develops math gun, shoots it at Malyc*
@Link: NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Cubic centimeters are not what they used in the golden age of American Automobiles... Cubic inches were a status symbol back in the day. Chevelle SS 454, Camaro 396, Charger 440, I can keep going all day.
As for the math gun... *dodges*
@staika: Same shit happened to me, man. I just told the teacher that I thought the grade seemed off. Of course, I did it in a little more smooth fashion, not acting as if I was questioning his judgement. He noticed the error, though. He says the squeaky wheel gets the oil, so I assume you told your professor about the error. Right?
@WP: Well it was the director of students or some title like that who was handing out our report cards and it was her that actually made the error. From what I was told my teacher didn't put the names in alphabetical order when he turned in his grades so I got someone else's grade. Most everyone in my class had the wrong grade so it was fixed rather fast.
@Link: I say RBM. Why? I don't know...
EDIT: I just got my regular badge!
WE DUN GLOMP 'ROUND HUR!
@Jak: Hurray! Now to wait a few more years for Landmark ;).
@Malyc: *airdrops onto Malyc*
This ain't the time for horseplay!
@Jak: & @Trilby: & @Malyc: & @Mortis: *notices people pile*
Uhhh...guys...what exactly are you doing?
*backs away slowly*
...this isn't what it looks like.
