Whether you fell in love with the original comic books, the animated show or the movies, X-Men is one of Marvel’s most enduring properties. Starring well-known characters like Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm, it tells the story of exceptionally gifted mutants with powers, led by either Charles Xavier or Magneto, and the clashes in philosophy between the two. Created by Jack Kirby in 1970, X-Men’s enduring popularity will soon see it added to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, while Insomniac’s Wolverine game is slated for 2026.
