WrestleQuest Combat Trailer Reveals RPG Battle Mechanics & Customizable Walk-On

Developer Mega Cat Studios and publisher Skybound Games just released a WrestleQuest combat trailer that goes over some of the many ways you’ll be able to combo your way into gaining the upper hand on your iconic wrestling opponents. This star-studded wrestling project isn’t your average wrestling experience. It blends the world of the WWE with fantasy and RPG elements to create more style than fans have ever seen before. Today’s trailer highlights WrestleQuest’s strengths by showing off the strikes, gimmicks, tag-team combos, and skills you’ll need to master to pin the enemy.

After damaging your opponent with the cartoonishly animated gimmicks and the more standard strikes, you’ll be able to move in for the pin — but the fight isn’t over yet. You’ll need to time your counts right to win the match, as a failed mark might mean that the other wrestler gets a second chance. See how you can do all of this — and even customize your own walk-on segment — in the WrestleQuest combat trailer below.

WrestleQuest has no release date yet, but it is “coming soon” to PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S when it does eventually launch.
