Abraham Looked around, his boat was among Chaos. The Crew were arguing, the passengers were arguing and his master was dead. He himself was panicking a little, but he tried to keep his face straight, it was for the best. "Okay!" He roared out, "Since we have no idea what is going on! We don't we call in an investigator?" He asked, and the crew agreed. He grabbed a near phone and within minutes, had helicopters roaring around the ship. Some of them were media ships, but one of them was a proper police chopper.
It circled a few times, until a rope was tossed down, and a man slid down it, he landed and started already barking orders, he wanted everyone back up on deck, and so the call was sent throughout the ship, for everyone to get up there.
Clair was there Almost instantly.
"Oh Good God your here."
The inspector was one of the best things she could have seen, apart from a still living Fran of course.
"I'll tell you anything you want to know." She held out her hands
"Here you can take any fingerprints or blood you want."
And then it hit her.
under her breath (thought not quite enough for anyone in the vicinity not to hear if they were listening).
"What if it's Sparrow?"
The possibility of course had always been in the back of her mind but no way. Could it really be.
But only now did she realize what that would mean.
She'd be a target as well.#
Then she stumbled into someone.
"Hey you just bumped me!"
"It wasn't a bump."
The investigator looked at the lady. "It's not you." and walked away, brushing past her as he went to work on others. He eventually moved around all the deck, telling people that it wasn't them that did it, and they they should get on the helicopter to go home.
After an hour, only a few guests remained, "All of you have a guilty mind about something. Whether its this or not, I plan on finding out. My name is Detective Smith, and I will find the killer..."
He glanced at all of them, "Have any of you got any clues or anything to say to me?" he asked, trying to wrap up this investigation quickly.
"I have something to confess and a few things that might be important. For one."
She put her hand to her face and pulled out her blue eye.
"It's glass had it since i was 7."
"It why I'm afraid of knives."
Alice ignored the detective for the most part, save the part where he told her she couldn't go home. Not like she wanted to leave anyway. She stood against the railing, scribbling something in her notebook.
I haven't found out anything particularly ground-breaking. He may as well find out the whole magnet thing by himself.
Migth as well she wanted the killer caught and everything she could say was a plus right?
She neededa sense of controle.
"The other eye as you've probably noticed is lazy. Meaning I'm pretty much blind, I can sort of make out shapes and stuff so i can find my way around ok and I've learnt to tell people appart by voice.
I'm pregnant with fran's child, 2 months, and before you Ask I know he's the father. He was the only man I ever, well he was the only man."
Not verything but enought for now. The officer most probably had questions.
