"1: it started it, ain't that right?" Angelo said as he kicked the chest of the dead Wampa.
Chal looks to the others while gnawing on the arm, he has the expression of suprise at the dead Wampa. He looks to John "Why dont we just create a gas fire?. . I cooked an arm, I can cook some water"
Angelo glazed at the Wookie and the cooked arm.
Chal shakes his head slightly, packs out his cooking equipment again. . . He turns the small stove on, creating a flame.
Angelo turns to Julia "Die on me and I track you down in the afterlife" he threatened.
Julia smiled as she heard Angelo threaten her. "I'm too tipsy to notice", she said and tripped over the icy floor, falling into John's arms.
"Crap, It's setting in!, Come on, come on, come on, I am not having my family back home suffer for this" Angelo shouted at Chal as he hear Julia.
John shook his head at Angelo as Julia fell into his embrace. "That's not hypothermia. It's the medicine for her leg that's causing her to act this way. Your family is not in any sort of danger. So just relax." He slowly lowered Julia's body onto the floor in front of the flame and then planted himself gingerly beside her. Only one with a fast eye would have been able to see the quick longing glance he gave the woman as he sat. "Alright everyone, let's just take a couple of hours to stay warm and sleep. We can make our way out of here after we regain our composure and calm down a little bit."
Chal growls, they can keep the fire. But his not sticking around, he grabs the assaultrifle and turns on the flashlight. Walking into the cave to find a way out.
Angelo turned to John and said "Ok, then, now that we have a quiet moment, what the fuck is going on?, that Klora or whomever she is, the Jedi, everything."
Chal looks for sources of light inside the dark cave, it should still be light out. So where there is light, there should be an exit.
Chal finds a stream heading outside about a mile away. It is early in the morning.
Two humanoids seemingly wielding weapons cast shadows onto the water.
Chal attempts to get a better look at the humanoids (I think you tried to write, unless Huminoids is an alien race that I missed)
As Chal gets closer, he hears speaking. "We found wreckage. A few bodies." "Do you think they are in that cave on the other side of the mountain?" "Well, yeah, obviously." "So, are we gonna send someone in?" "Nah. It's a Wampa den. They took out our heavy weapons, so until we get more, we're gonna sit frosty and wait for their weapons to freeze over. It's not like they have any way of keeping warm." "Wasn't there a cunt the boss wanted dead though? What if she keels over?" "Is all you do ask questions? I'm sure as hell not going into a Wampa infested shithole." Outside, a blizzard brews. "Oh, shit! Fuck, I hate this planet!" yells one of the men.
Chal throws the human arm outside the den and hides on the side of the exit, silently putting his gun down and revealing his claws.
The arm pats against the snow, unnoticed in the winds. "I want to go inside the ship!" "'Tha' cappin said to guard tha' Monkey's Paw, and that's what we're gonna do, damn it!"
Chal sighs, those guards are friggin horriblem killing them will be easy. He rushes outside doing a sharp turn and putting right claw in the stomach of one of the guards, grabbing his shoulder with the left arm, throwing him over his own shoulder at the other guard.
The snowy winds sweep down onto Chal as he guts the first soldier. Tossing him at the other man, the living guard panics, yelling "Wampa!" while he slips on the icy bank attempting to aim his blaster. He falls into the river, yelling. Chal sees the shuttle they where on, incredibly huge and bustling with guns, sitting not a mile away. The storm soon covers it, and four guards drop out of the underside
Chal kicks the other guard down aswell and attempts to find some explosives as to get the others to get god damn moving. He would have expected at least the mad human who has now fully recovered from his wounds to follow him.
"Wait a sec..., Ah shit where's that Wookie?, great...John you stay with Julia, I'll be back in a while...hopefully..." Angelo said as he ran though the caves after Chal.
John sighed as Angelo ran into the darkness. He was glad that he didn't have to explain the entire situation to the ruffian. There were a lot of forces pulling from a lot of different directions and he wasn't certain if Angelo would take the time to understand before reacting. He looked back towards Julia. It seemed as though they were alone. "How does someone like you even get involved with a Hutt? You don't seem like the type who would willingly associate with scumbags." The silence lingered heavily for a moment before he continued. "How much of what you told us before is truth?"
Julia began feeling more grounded. It seemed as if the psychodelic side effect of consuming the drug through her stomach is beginning to fade away. She grinned. "Depends on how you look at it. My father really did owe a debt, because of my actions. He had his men find me and pick me up. The Weequays crash landed a few kilometers away from the site. Strange you didn't noticed" Julia squirmed in her place. It was very uncomfortable sitting on the ice with her revealing clothes. "Gregori Desilijic Aleppo. Do you recognize the name?" Julia raised her arms in the air and pointed her hands at her face. "My. Father" she exclaimed, "A strange Hutt, really. Never showed much affection, or at least what YOU." Julia stopped and looked away from John, "Would call affection. No Love. Just safekeeping" she lowered her hands and stared at the darkness of the cavern. "And you, my precious user" Julia had changed her tone of voice and appeared to be mocking John, "what had pushed you into the warm embrace of the Green Damsel?", she playfully asked him.
Angelo made his way to where Chal was.
Although her voice was light and chipper as she asked about his past, John was unable to reciprocate her tone. The man had suddenly grown stiff as he reflected upon all that had happened to him over the years. A tension thick enough to cut with a knife seemed to blanket the already icy chamber around him. His voice was soft and reflective when he finally broke the silence. "When I first left the colony that I grew up on, it was not under the most amiable of terms. There were certain individuals who wanted my head after the balance of karma was restored. When I fled, I joined up with a deep-space cargo hauling operation. I was able to remain under the radar while finally getting to see the far reaches of the galaxy." His emerald eyes glistened in the light as the flame crackled invitingly. "But as I grew older, I grew more ambitious. Suddenly being under the command of another seemed like an idea that I couldn't stomach anymore. So I contacted an old friend of mine." The words that he spoke suddenly became pained and shaky. "Lucas Chapman. When I had known him back home he had been just a common desh miner. A friend of my father. He taught me everything I know about shooting and flying. So I was completely surprised to learn that he had suddenly made a name for himself in the underworld of Byblos. When I told him of my hopes, he pulled some strings for me and got me a wonderful ship so I could start trading on my own. "But nothing ever came for free with Lucas. In return for the ship he expected me to haul shipments for him at a discounted rate. It was mostly legitimate goods: Medical supplies, metals, and the like. It was really a great gig." John's voiced trailed off, lost in the idea of a missed opportunity. He took a moment to clear his throat and regain composure before he continued. "But managing the costs of maintaining and piloting a ship can be an excruciating job. And then there were the pirates to deal with. The stress of it eventually got to me. I started having panic attacks. I couldn't sleep at night. Matthew was having to take over more and more of the duties to compensate for my lackluster leadership. It had gotten so bad that we feared a mutiny on the horizon. "And then...Lucas introduced me to Glitterstim. Suddenly, when a problem came up, I was just able to handle it. When the crew began to bicker, I knew just the words to calm their tongues. I was finally able to be the captain that the crew deserved." John's entire body was shaking. It was difficult to tell how much of that was the cold or the emotional toll he was paying for relaying this story. "But with the Glitterstim, I traded one set of problems for another."
Chal motions to the assaultrifle just next to the cave entrance. He pulls the frag-grenade he found and sends it off in a mighty throw towards the incomming enemies. He then proceeds to let out a wookie'ish battlecry as he draws his bowcaster. Jumping for the nearest cover.
The grenade blows the unsuspecting soldiers apart.
Angelo picked it up and said "Ok, just point and shoot, can't be that hard, right?".
Chal shakes his head, the damn lunatic aint going alone. Its unlikely that Wampa's are the only danger to be cautious of around here. He jumps over the cover running after Angelo.
Angelo and Chal come upon the open drop hatch.
Angelo opened the hatch and peered up though it to see if anyone was still in there.
Angelo sees two men, unaware of his presence. One says "Did you hear that?" "A thermal det will take care of a Wampa." the other replies. On the com, a voice says "Check it out. The four we sent aren't responding. That leaves us with six. Go out and look, if it's trouble, get back in. We'll call in the Hutt's soldiers."
Chal see's that Angelo has a translator and closes the hatch. "Im going up to take care of the communication, you stop them from blowing up everyone else" Chal attempts to reach the top of the ship to take out the ships communication device.

John looked at Angelo with mild disgust.
"Alright, two questions. Why is there a dead Wampa here and do you honestly thing that we're going to be able to fit anyone in its carcass?"
