exposition much?

I loved the backstory in this one. I also love the fact that it will be a weekly show now!

What an odd plot twist (the body's proper owners got peed out), but it works. Thanks for the weekly update.

SirSchmoopy:
You guys realize that people enjoy this show for lots of different reasons and not everyone finds the same things funny?

I'm so confused why people tell me what ranking they deemed this weeks episode compared to others.

Its supposed to be a compliment, as in saying that they think your work is improving greatly. Jeez.

Wait if they're to STOP the nader gems from getting together, why don't they just find one and keep it with them? that way each huge faction would guard their own one and never would they unite o0. Oh well. Good story anyway, looking forward to the dragon warriors sons coming back in different bodies to anhialate those guys... especially since they'll probably be able to level XD.

fantastic! And now I finally see a plot! haha!

is it Nador gems, Naoor gems, or Nader gems? i can never quite hear it right.

And i'm probably forgetting something, but what happened to Roamin?

"Nador". It was shown in this very episode. :D

Noooooo! I liked Gary's voice modul.

Im not rankin your episodes and im not saying that this one is any better or worse but, to me, its funnier, thats not to say that the otherones werent funny but this one goes back to some of the classic humor you had going. But you keep doin what you feel is right dont let our judgement bother you none. Just keep on doin what you do.

Well, that was just ... I'll be blunt here.
I thought it sucked. Hard.
The only funny joke was that bit with the blacksmith and the whitesmith.
Oh well, it was a good run...

Well this is a background filler episode so I think jokes in lacking is excused. I'd rather have it all at once so it doesn't need to be reminded to the viewer all the time.

So, let me clarify, you're so self-centered you think that your humor is the only good type of humor, so you condemn something for not appealing to you specifically, rather than the vast majority of people who thoroughly enjoyed it?

And even if it doesn't appeal to you, the next episode might. You've gotta remember that this guy has to appeal to a mass-audience, not just a few. It's all about ratings and the amount of viewers, even on the internet.

Just to add relevance to my post, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, it shines with the excellence I've come to expect of UR.

A filler episode is an episode that doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the story and just adds extra episode to increase the length for no real reason other than giving the writers time to write real episodes and story.
Since this episode actually introduced an actual story to this show, this is the polar opposite of a filler episode.

Anyways, I finally managed to catch up with this fantastic show, started watching a few days ago, and I absolutely love it. Happy to be able to see a new episode shortly after it going up, and looking forward to the rest of the series!

Ickabod:
Whatever happen with Jacque and Petey? Not that I honestly really miss them though.

If I recall correctly, Roamin was carrying Jacque.

You might want to get that sand out of your eyes and read my post again.
I said I thought it was crap. How did you go from that, to calling me "self-centered", and "you think that your humor is the only good type"?
Jerk.

so this great series has 2 amazing stroylines going, but when will petey come back into either???

ok...so...since u got rid of the new characters...does that mean the plot development you've introduced at the beginning is useless now? I mean...you just throw James, Steven, and the Arbiter out like that...do they return? I was enjoying the plot it was going on, with this legendary story and they would continue to travel to exotic places with the other 3 and collect all 9 nader gems to save the world and such. Can't wait to find out how this turns out

also: all our mailboxes could very well be dragons!

Well the good news is this season is seeming even better than the last.

I also loved the way you included the South Park joke in there, barely missed it.

The backstory really threw me off guard. In a good way though. Plus some of the jokes were pure gold. Now I'm gonna watch out for my local whitesmith and my mailbox.

"The Arbiter is now a lemon grenaaaade." Great episode in my opinion; keep on truckin'.

Another great episode. I think I understand exactly what Maelstrom is doing but I don't want to risk giving away part of the plot. Suddenly, Timmy the Evil appears to have known exactly what he was doing and his plan seems to be slowly coming together. I can't wait to see the next thing he does although it will probably be a long time before we see him again. Plus, he may simply just add another crystal and guard into the game. Nonetheless, the thought of Timmy's most likely distant return puts me on the edge of my seat.

You know, now that I think about it, since they can't level up, Schmoopy can't kill any random old beggar for exp. anymore. Then again, I'm sure he'd probably do it anyway, at least for fun or "self-defense."

a lot of dialogue, but a lot of funny! awesome video x)

THE ARBITER IS NOW A LEMON GRENADE ARARARARARARARARARAR ROFLMAO
xD purely epic

The beginning of the episode was kinda stupid...but the arbiter made up for EVERYTHING!

"I also need to drain my penis of pee"

Too bad Arbiter is gone now...

good as ever....

isn't this a week early? not that it'd be problem if it was, but is it?

Wait hold on just a sec, ok, the episodes are on weekly now?

I don't know why everyone hated the opening. Nothing wrong with some story and I liked how you made it look like a memory from Lost Odyssey. Plus after the story you nailed it with some key jokes to pick the pace back up. Excellent episode.

Yes, and the're opinions. Just because some one tells you their opinion dose not mean that they think everyone agrees with them. It's just that they want people to know how they feel. kinda the reason that videos have a comment section under them. And those people who feel that theres is the only right opinion are close minded morons. as for dealing with them, well I think yatzee said it best...

"Fans are whiney complaining dipshits who will never, ever, be happy with any consession you make. The sooner you shut out their shrill tremulos voices the happyer you'll be for it."

the intro was too long... but the white-smith joke caused me a big old lol here at the office :P

Yes but I'm not Yatzhee and I do care what people think which is exactly my point. I want to hear what people like or dislike but what isn't very helpful or useful to me is the following:

THIS EPISODE IS FAR BETTER THEN EPISODE 13 AND 7 BUT IS NOT BETTER THEN 3 OR 16. HOWEVER AFTER STATING THIS I WILL NOT COMMENT WHY OR GIVE ANY CLUES WHY I THINK THE ABOVE!

See what I mean? I'm looking for feedback to improve my craft, randomly rating episodes based on other episodes tells me litteraly nothing and worst of all they aren't even consistent. Tell me what parts you liked, what parts you didn't, what parts you didn't get. Don't give me a dribble of a rating score as I have zero idea what to make out of your opinion. This is the worst episode yet? Why? Oh you aren't going to tell me? Well then I guess I can't really improve on it for ya can I?

Exactly.

Pure Awesome.

Hamster at Dawn:
OMG UR is weekly now?
Keep up the good work.

I know I didn't notice it either. The time between each episode is still as agonizing.

Roamin was barred at the gate by the guards and apprently they never bothered to get him back, but he will probably pop up soon again. Petey was in teh Sea Monster and did not escape with them. His return I dunno, but Rob likes setting up things so... And I dunno about Jaques, he should still be with them.

Seems like Sir Schmoopy would like some constructive criticism. Very well, I'll offer you some since most others don't seem to be catching on as to what exactly that is.

The graphical complaints in the intro are possibly warranted because it looked a bit blocky during the busy parts, especially with so many characters on screen. I'm not sure if there's a way to rectify it or not, so if you can't, don't worry too much about it. After all, it's not like you can remake that entire intro perfectly without messing too much up.

On to the story elements: My biggest complaint is throwing away James, Stevenson, and the Arbiter. They looked like good characters and possibly candidates for a second party, but now they've been tossed into who-knows-where. A good way to turn this unfortunate pickle into an unexpected gold mine would be, of course, to make them fall safely near a few other characters, possibly soulless ones, and have them adjust to those bodies. We naturally don't have to worry about following their plotline until they join up with Schmoopy's group, and even then, it can be explained shortly in a single episode. And for simplicity's sake, let's just say that the people that James, Stevenson, and the Arbiter end up inhabiting are either soulless, totally fine with someone inhabiting their bodies, or they weren't pissed in jars. Either way, it's good to follow up on.

If you were planning to kill off any of these characters, like James, you could say that their jars didn't land safely. I still think that one of them should land safely, though. It's a good crop of characters to choose from, so you can pick your personal favorite and have him be the sole survivor if you have to.

As for whose body they inhabit, I still suggest an undead cleric. I don't know why, but such an oxymoron sounds more than fitting. It's a joke in itself, since he can't really turn undead without killing himself, regardless of how powerful his iteration of that spell is. As for the explanation why he was never accidentally turned in Cleric Private School, he was going to visit his relatives in their tombs way out east or something like that. You'd be better at explaining this than I would, since you're making the series.

Anyhow, that's enough commentary from me. Looking forward to more Unforgotten Realms.
