The leg thing wasn't funny, and it spoiled the scene. The second you guys said "I like my legs" it seemed pretty obvious he was going to get shot.

See, our thinking there is that's a scene taken straight from the end of Casino Royale. We knew how it's going to end up, so we had no problem telegraphing the joke.
If you still haven't seen Casino Royale after 5 years, it's your own fault.

Now I was thinking you guys would have gone with the set up and then when the guy gets shot go something like "Owww! My hip!".

not the favorite leg!

awkward skippable part. Isn't that against the law or something?

Ah, how does he know these things?
Not as funny as some of the JRPG Unskippables, but who can blame you. JRPG cutscenes are insane.

Also this was skippable.

No, no, this doesn't count as an episode. You were able to skip it, that means it can't be considered an episode of Unskippable. As punishment, you have to make TWO new episodes this week.

Just kidding. I thought this one was pretty good.

On a side note, do you know what would be neat? If on special occasions you did episodes that are comprised of shorter cutscenes. Like maybe six one-minute cutscenes. Maybe as like a New Year's special, a Fourth of July special, a Sabbath special... Whatever.

3... 2... 1... RUSH!

Epic win right there.

i liked the little skip "A" button on the bottom right
lol

Oh. That makes perfect sense, then. I retract my comment.

I have seen Casino Royale, but that was 5 years ago...

I thought that this one was as good as most of the rest.

"everyone knows this would be running in dos on a windows 95 machine". Try a terminal emulator for a late-80's term server on windows machines from the late 90's. Running GPS, live video feed, voice analysis, and a profile/record/known associates database search all at once, and that fast? I want that machine. Also, who's supposed to be watching that screen anyway?

While I didn't realize "unskippable" was a hard and fast rule, I figured a lot of the games, since I haven't played them, were probably still skippable just without the notification.

"Skip A" shows up at 1:02 when the view switches to the scope. I figured they knew before recording and just went with it to make a point that they don't have to do just "un-skippables". If they really did just notice during recording, imagine the pain of finding another game and completely re-doing another episode just because you found out the game was skippable after 6 minutes of recording (with, I imagine, some preparation time invoved as well).

lol I enjoyed it.
"What's that in the bottom?"
"Um... It says press A to skip..."
"It's been there the whole time?"

it's not Unskippable if it's skippable?!
still did a fairly decent job on such a boring intro scene, and omg that hamlet was soooo boring.

Best. Unskippable. Yet.

The mix of making fun of both a movie and video game series made it perfect.

My favorite part was definitely the "Can you guess who?" line. So funny!

Neo! The one I thought to be Paul was actually Graham! This whole time...to waste. Now I have to re watch everything >.>
EDIT: One of the funniest Unskippable yet, good job.

"Awkward!"
haha told you guys so in RE5, didn't I?
:D

Red, blue, green

ha!

i call shenanigens with that skip button

great show though

it wasn't that great, i didn't get many of the refrences

funny but not as funny as eternal sonata

I didn't think this one or Radiata Stories was that great. All of the ones before them range from pretty good to awesome though!

Yeah, I didn't like this one much, either. 'twas fun, but not much. The best 007 game opening scene remains 007: Nightfire. (Don't mention Goldeneye: it's a better game in every way, but it doesn't have a 007 style opening scene, so there.) I think the cutscene just wasn't very funny to begin with.

The man speaks wisdom.

I was saddened that it was actually skip-able. The thing popped up once you were looking down the scope near the beginning.

that was a big oops

Ghostwise:
I'm sorry but that wasn't good at all. I didn't laugh once. :( Everything before has been gold though. :) I think JRPG's tend to fair better on Unskippable heh.

Sir I disagree.

This was one of the best so far, in the running with The Darkness. "Well, that's the last time we use the nitroglycerin barricades."

Even though I have to agree that this is my least favourite Unskippable, it still gave me more than a few laughs. If anything just take it as a compliment of what a high standard it's been setting in the past.

Fav lines:
The red + blue + green line.
"the danish M&M"

I'm afraid I agree with Ghostwise. I couldn't make it all the way through the episode this week, but I guess we can't expect them to go on forever without having a bad episode. I think it was mostly their choice of game that was the problem.

Hey it says press A to skip I thought this was supposed to be Unskipable this is an outrage.

TheGreenManalishi:
It was very similar to the MGS3 start screen.

Yeah, that was kinda the point of the MGS3 start screen

I guess it wasn't all that unskippable.

L.B. Jeffries:
Heh, for those who didn't get the "MITCHELL" reference

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InHgWFrQRbI

I have not been alive nearly long enough to get all the references, but their hilariously expressive voices and dead-on impressions had me cracked up the whole time.
Not to mention 2 of the guys seem to be from the Muppets.

Strife2GFAQs:
They should do FFX-2 next...I swear that will kill people.

This is 100% true, which is why it won't happen. They don't want to make people laugh to death, they are going for safe amusement.

Use the skip button you must Graham and Paul fulfill your destiny and find Michell you should.

Definitely missing in the sexy silhouette department. What's a Bond film without sexy laydeez?

"Has that been there the whole time?"
"Yeah"
"Awkard..."

lol, not thier best work, but, still good.

"Is that a skip button?"

I did not see that.
