Diablo 4 Season 8 Release Date For All Regions, Explored

After waiting for two additional weeks, Diablo 4 season eight’s release date is finally here. With Sanctuary being invaded by Belial and his minions, it’s up to the wanderer to help cull the growing threat of demons. 

Alongside a new crossover and the ability to use strong boss powers for your builds, Blizzard is introducing some important quality of life changes, which are bound to improve the overall gameplay experience. 

When does Diablo 4 Season 8 launch for all regions?

The release date for Diablo 4 season eight is April 29, at 10am PT. While Blizzard had already mentioned this previously on multiple occasions, if you log into Battle.net right now, you should see a timer that’s counting down to launch. 

Based on that timer and the information that we have about the release time, here’s when this new update will be available for you, based on the region that you’re located in: 

• EDT: 1 pm
• BST: 6 pm
• CEST: 7 pm
• IST: 10:30 pm
• CST: 2 am (April 30, 2025)
• JST: 3 am (April 30, 2025)
• AEST: 5 am (April 30, 2025)

Although Blizzard hasn’t mentioned anything about server downtime yet, you can expect the developer to take the servers offline for an hour or two prior to releasing the update. However, once the update is live, you won’t be able to log in anymore unless you’ve downloaded all the season eight content. 

Why Can’t I Log Into Diablo 4?

Considering this is a major launch after Vessel of Hatred, thanks to all the massive changes that are coming with this season, you might experience some connectivity issues. It’s a very common experience on launch days. 

With everyone trying to hop on at the same time, there’s a lot of server traffic, which causes them to crash. Although it’s incorrect to say that the servers will crash, previous launch days have been somewhat unstable, and it takes a few hours for all the connectivity issues to stabilize. 

So, if you’re having trouble getting into Diablo 4 season eight, we recommend waiting for a few hours to let the server load decrease a bit before you hop back on and make your way through the Sanctuary, exploring every single waypoint and Stronghold once again.
